Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Benito

I was called a LIAR and SCAMMER! I WAS TREATED AWFUL and HARASSED. I went yesterday threw drive-thru to get some food i got the manager special #1 there was an orange sticker my husband started reading out loud. It said if we didn’t give you a receipt with your order come inside ask for manager and you will get a free classic pizza something like that. first wanted to say the guy that was taking care of me threw the window I asked for a diet Mountain Dew. He says he doesn’t have any. I said OK he closes the window on my face and just gets me a Pepsi without asking me what type of drink I would like and I can I have a Diet Pepsi. he rolls his eyes and gives it to me. He proceeds to give me my food and he says thank you. Have a good day and he closes his window then I noticed that he didn’t give me a receipt so I went from the window and I parked to go inside by the way I paid with cash. I speak to the lady in the front, letting them know about the stickers that they have and she calls her and talks to her manager, doesn’t show her face in the beginning. after five minutes, the lady comes back with a pizza telling me this is the last and only time I can have a free pizza. She proceeds to tell me because we talked to the drive-thru man and he said he gave you the receipt with the card. Me and my husband said we didn’t even pay with a card And she was treating me like if I’m a liar and a scammer. I asked to speak to a manager and she lied and said she was a manager. I said no ma’am I want to speak to that lady that you were talking to. She says oh the general manager, I said yes, so she goes and gets her. I was telling the manager and the lady who took care of me inside said that I was lying so she continues to call me a liar. Not just about the pizza, but now she’s saying that she didn’t say what she said. If they can’t trust their customers, and this will be a problem Then they need to take off that damn sticker. I wonder if anyone else had to deal with the harassment they gave just for a free damn pizza because they made the mistake. awful service...

Ordered online for drive thru pick up and when I got to the window the really nice girl at the window appoligized and said my order wasn't done yet if I can park in the front and they would take me my order I parked in the front saw the guy through the window finishing my order and than the app told me my order was ready 3 cars come out the drive thru and about 4 people go in and pick up there order which one guy got there ordered and walked out with his order so I call and ask about my order that's been sitting there that I was told that would b brought to me when it was out and the guy tells me to go through the drive thru to get it smh I get to the drive thru and the girl looks confused and asked me they didn't take you your order sir or was there something missing and I told her no they didn't take me my order she appoligized and went to get my order from the heat box they put it in but it wasn't there she had to go to the back in the kitchen to get my order and the boxes looked like they had been opened again like if they tampered with my food so be careful when you order from here and watch them through the windows the crew look shady like they will mess with your food if they don't like you the only one to seem to care about anything was the girl at the window I hate to see good employees brought down cuz of the rest of the crew that don't care about there customers or there job I will definitely not be going back to this place again and if my kids get sick...

WOW ,THE YOUNG MAN AT THIS LOCATION IS VERY HARD WORKING. HE IS POLITE, VERY FAST AND courteous tending to the drive-thru making pizzas and making sure the rest of the restaurant is clean and up to par.. he really deserves as he deserves recognition everyday except for the same pizza for my family and he is always there working the window and Cashing Out smiling making pizzas never once seen complain or a frown on his face found in space I saw his name tag for the first time a couple days ago and I can't help but give him recognition I believe his name is "Sebastian" he is always there early in the morning taking double shifts and going home to care for his wife and son just want to make sure he is recognized for doing such a good job cleaning up helping others to do their job correctly and always being on time and taking care of the store as if it was his own congratulations 190 South 77th Sunshine Strip San Benito give Sebastian Round of Applause in a pat on the back for I see he has potential for a lot more good job Sebastian what's the customer who goes in frequently and sees you working so diligently and hard you...
