Horrible place! It took them about a hour to give us our food and when the delivery driver pulled up she didnt have a sign on her car so we didn't know if it was dominos (her car was dark) she could not speak engish only spanish which we did not know at the time. She couldnt answer questions as to why she wouldnt get out of the car to give us our pizza. All she would say is "dominos pizza" to every question. Then she finally got out the car we opened our front door and she through the pizza in the car a drove off.. me and my girlfriend were confused, so we called dominos and of course we were upset. And the manager ADRIAN said "there was a safety issue", which was false. We were in our home counting out a tip for her. We asked them to please bring our pizza cause is was already paid for. And the manager said "no" and kept repeating to us that it was a "safety issue", and that it's not about the custumers it's about our employees" but there was no safety issue! We were gonna tip the driver and enjoy our pizza! We went to dominos the next day to talk to the manager and it turned out that the it was the same manager ADRIAN. He said well she can't speak engish enough so she couldn't understand the question. And i said well that's unfair cause The only reason we didn't get our pizza is because we couldn't communicate to the driver that it was ok and we will meet her by the car. Instead she took off! And he said we were discriminating! Which I was not! I don't care that she was Hispanic it was a language barrier, which was not my fault! At the end of conversation he could see me and my girlfriend are not violent people. Adrian did not apologize. All he can say was we were discriminating and it is what it is! Do not go here ADRIAN turned a situation into a even bigger one by bringing discrimation into the picture! My girlfriend and I do not discrimate...
Read moreI would actually give them a 2.5. Sometimes they are awesome; the food is hot, well made, and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Sometimes the food is warm, not terribly made and the delivery time is too long. Sometimes the food is cold, inedible, and takes a ridiculous amount of time to be delivered. I live approximately a 5 - 7 minute drive from the store and the food never arrives in less than 20 minutes of being "out for delivery." Sometimes it takes more than an hour to arrive. That being said the absolute worst part about this store is the customer service. The delivery people are generally ok to awesome. The people in the store tend to be just awful. I only call the store when my food is taking way too long to be delivered or is inedible. To their credit, they always offer to remake my order and send it out free of additional charge, if it is inedible. Once in a while the person I talk to in genuinely nice. However, generally when I call in all I receive are excuses and a begrudging offer of store credit if I request a refund for food I can't eat. Not once has anyone taken responsibility for the problems. Not even the manager. All blame is passed on to the main/general/head manager. Pretty sure this "manager" is a fictional scapegoat because he is never in. I'm always told to "call back tomorrow." Not once has anyone admitted to "him" being at work. Hopefully if you order from this store you catch them...
Read moreNormally when this place messes up my order they're good about fixing it. However my past order was beyond repair. I received my pizza scrunched (like moved over in the box), which was no big deal. But it was also undercooked. Like you can feel the softness and taste the doughyness. Me and the people who ate it ended up getting food poisoning. I talked to the manager the very next day about getting a refund and he stated that food poisoning doesn't set in until about 48 hours, he would only be able to credit my account. He also suggested that for the type of order i got i start asking for the pizza well done. I spoke to a medical professional who did confirm it was food poisoning. I ended up just submitting my information to corporate and suggesting they host a training on food Bourne illnesses. Update: I'm still dealing with this and a lot of the reps that I've dealt with have tried to downplay the situation. The person I spoke with today stated that they have an "A" on their health report, (which has nothing to do with the fact that during their complaint inspection they had to throw food away). Representative I spoke to didn't want my case number for the Health Dept. My family will be ordering from a corporate location instead of here...
