Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Bernardino

Honestly this has been the worst experience I've had so far ordering pizza. Never have we had a problem with paying online and simply picking up the order. Today, however, the "GM" as she called her self was very rude and unhelpful. She made me feel like a criminal for picking up an order my sister had paid for and not myself. She gave me an extremely hard time even after I explained why it was my sister wasn't there. She didn't care AT ALL. I asked for corporates number and she gave me a (909) number which I thought was pretty weird. I called and the women on the other line proceeded to make things worst with her comical tone giggling at everything I kept trying to explain to her. I got fed up of her not so serious tone and hung up. She then called my phone where I explained to tell her that I did not like her tone and she was making me feel like an idiot for trying to contact someone who actually cares about dominos customer service because apparently neither of these individuals I dealt with today cared for their customers. She told me when I wanted to stop being so RUDE I can call her back and she hung up the phone. Never will I order from Dominos again. Lesson learned. A $5 hot and ready pizza sounds a whole lot better when you know the customer service is going to be...

I was harassed and judge by my appearance and wasn’t able to get my pizza. I order my pizza and when the guy arrived at my apts he called and said the area was too dark so he couldn’t drive in so I went to go meet him at the end of the driveway and when I got there I didn’t even get out my car yet and he was walking up to my car flashing a flashlight on me like he was a cop and kept doing it even after I told him repeatedly there’s no reason for him to be flashing his flashlight on me when there was a street lamp that was on right next to us then as I was getting out my car I realized I forgot my wallet in my apt cause I thought they were gonna deliver to my apt so I was telling him I forgot it and I have to go back and get it then he starts walking back to his car saying that they don’t deliver here like seriously I’m extremely hungry and you...

From time to time I have gone back and forth between 2, maybe 3 different pizza companies. Each has their own niche on the subject but this time I was reaching for a change. Domino's used to be a family favorite but change is always needed. So I reached out to an old friend, Domino's pizza. It's been a while but happy with my choice. I don't remember Domino's being such a good pizza especially with some many to choose from out there. Their pizza was very well prepared. Not greasy at all like some of their competitors. Toppings are not an issue, they don't skimp on their toppings. Right amount of sauce, not overly done or to much. Cooked to perfection. Plus this time my order was a "carry-out".
