Used the drive thru to place an order of 4 meat lovers burritos, 2 no cheese. 3 hash browns. 2 vanilla shakes and 1 chocolate shake. Took forever to get the order out to me. As I was in a hurry I didn't take the time to check the order, my mistake. After arriving back home I found my order to be missing one order of hash browns and 3 of the burritos had cheese instead of only two. There wasn't enough time for me to return to the restaurant to let the error be taken care of so we just made due with what we had been given. With what we paid for the meals I do believe that more attention needs to be paid to ensure what is ordered is what goes out. We often go there to eat in and use the drive thru, I know that errors happen and when exposed they are usually taken care of no problem, in saying that when people use the drive thru they are usually in a hurry and don't have the time nor do I believe that they should have to play QC on the employees that are serving them. I will continue to frequent this location as it is right by my home. I do, however, hope that quality control gets better and is not an ongoing issue...

One time i asked for them to sub the fried chicken on my sandwich with grilled chicken and i didn't even get the sandwich just a piece of chicken in a box! And the worst thing is being in fastfood management myself i know the manager is having them stuff their pitas with extra lettuce and even pita bread instead of the right amount of chicken just to keep down the his cost for bigger bonuses because unfortunately i quit eating them for this exact reason! When you bite into a pita and get a big bite of more pita bread instead of chicken and sauce😡😡this manager needs to get his crap...
Read moreAfter having a bad experience at a previous jack in the box on a long drive, this location was also disappointing. I tried to use a coupon and order a shake and was told the shake machine wasn't working and got a cheesecake instead. I drive up to the window and as the cashier is handing me my order, another worker is handing her a freshly made shake. I asked her if the shake machine was working, in case I didn't hear it correctly at the order menu (some lady was screaming nearby), and apparently it was for the next customer...I do not understand what the heck the logic was there, but the experience was extremely frustrating especially before heading up the 330...
