ANOTHER UPDATE: This place is the worst. My pick up order for a specific time was not received and put into the oven until over 15 minutes AFTER it should have been DONE. THIS PLACE SUCKS BUT HEY AT LEAST THE EMPLOYEES ARE HAVING FUN. DO NOT COME HERE.
UPDATE: Lowering from 2 to 1 star. Iād give zero if I could and ask for a refund. Avoid getting pizza from here at all costs. Iām forgiving and gave this place a few extra tries. I paid extra for a custom deep dish pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce. I like my pizza fresh and extra cheesy. These jerks gave me an old premade regular deep dish pizza. No extra cheese or sauce. Itās not hard to notice that youāre not getting a freshly made pizza because of how the cheese solidifies. This place needs to be shut down for theft and fraud. They also leave online orders outside on the counter to get cold and soggy. This place is terrible.
Iām a fellow pizza lover like most people reading this. I love ordering from reliable, friendly pizza places.
This place is not reliable. Besides the fact that the homeless at the door will harass you going in and coming out, this place has a horrible habit of not putting the pizza ordered online inside of the pizza portal. I order online so I may SKIP THE LINE. I want the notification that my pizza is ready when itās ready. I donāt want a notification 30 minutes after picking it up that they couldnāt put it in the pizza portal.
Too many times have I ordered from this specific location, waiting for the notification that my pizza is done so I may grab it and go. Today was the last time. I waited until the later part of my ETA, got tired of waiting so I went inside. After making it passed the homeless man accosting everybody who went inside for change or a soda, I waited an additional 10 minutes to make my way to the counter while listening to the employees talk about dropping pizzas and closing asap.
People that choose to call in their orders might enjoy dealing with this but when the Little Caesars app advertises skipping the line and the convenience of the pizza portal itās a bit upsetting. 2 stars because the quality of the pizza...

In the past my order is never ready during that time and I have to wait for another 15-20 minutes (at this location) so I was using the track your order feature. It stayed on "in the oven" the entire time. I finally went down there and it was waiting in the warming unit. I was given my order and I checked to make sure everything was correct. The pizza was not made correct so I went back inside and showed them so one of the guys with the bucket hat on said they'd make it right away and it would take about 3-5 min. As I was waiting I asked the other guy the name of the store manager (I was given the name Erica) and after telling me he asked why I explained what happened and he said the app doesn't always work and then I explained about always having to wait for my order when I come at the time the website says it would be ready. He said (the other guy) "He said it would be ready in 3-5 minutes." I said to him "I wasn't talking about this order." A few minutes later he brings my order and says here you go. The crazy bread package was wide open and not even folded to keep the heat in so I replied "You can't even close the bag?" to which he replied with a bit of attitude "That's how it comes" and I told him "No, it's usually folded like this" and I fold the top. He then replied with a lot of attitude "What!? You're gonna complain about everything now!?" and walked away to the register. I asked for his name and he said I don't have to tell you my name so I took a photo on my phone so that I can speak with the store manager. I know nothing will come of this as I've reported another time and nothing has happened since. You've lost a customer because of this latest incident and no follow up. Not to mention the guy at the front ātaking ordersā was all over the place had a terrible attitude and literally told every single person coming for pick up that āthe orders were scattered and it would be 10-15 minutesā he continued to help customers walking in and bypassing the line, he had a loony full of customers and stopped tending to them to help several customers walking straight past the line.
