Burger King — Restaurant in San Bernardino

I meant to give this review only two stars. The restaurant looks like a typical Burger King from the outside, nice and inviting. However the front door looked as if it hadn't been cleaned at all that day. (This was at 4:00 PM.) Upon entering, the first thing my wife and I noticed was this Burger King was in an urgent need of a remodel. In fact it was the most rundown BK we had ever seen, table tops with carved graffiti in them and simply worn out from decades of use, ripped and torn seat backs, water stained ceiling tiles, soda machine out of order, uncleaned tables and just terribly rundown in general. What appeared to have been a former children's play area is now a store room that let's you see supplies stacked on metal wire shelves. And, on our visit at least, we found several flies buzzing our area because the front door had no fan type screen to keep them out.

I know this is San Bernardino but BK should do a better job of monitoring their franchise owners in order to ensure a good dining experience.

On the plus side, our cashier was courteous and even pointed out a special that allowed us to save some money on our order. And the food was typical BK, a cut above some of their competitors. However due to the run down nature of the place next time we are in the area we will skip this restaurant and try the BK a little...

These workers go through a lot at this location and still take the time to give excellent customer service, have a smile on their face, make your order with speed and accuracy. If you need assistance the manager is there for her customers and employees. I see it when she talks to them.

The only thing that I, along with many other customers wish is that they put the play area back. I know it's an investment, but why not invest to bring more families and customers back. They are already in the area and Mc Donald's can only house so many. When it's busy in the evening, that's additional families at Burger King.

I recently visited Burger King and had a rather disappointing experience. The food was served lukewarm, which was unappealing. I found the burgers to be overly salty and a bit too heavy on the mustard, making it hard to enjoy the flavors. Additionally, the chicken nuggets were quite dry and lacked the crispiness I was hoping for. On a positive note, the best part of the meal was definitely the drink, which was refreshing and well-prepared. Overall, I expected more from my visit and hope they can improve on these aspects in the future. Will I go there again?...
