I ordered a birthday cake for my son, providing a clear, high-quality photo for the design. However, what I received was a cake with a smudged, blurry image that looked nothing like the original photo sent in. The issue was clearly due to a problem with their printing or image transfer process, not the photo I provided.
When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was met with complete denial. Rather than acknowledging the poor quality of their work, they shifted the blame onto me as the customer — claiming the photo I submitted was the problem. This was absolutely not true.
What made this experience even worse was their lack of accountability, integrity, and professionalism. Instead of admitting fault and offering a partial refund or discount as good customer service would dictate, they dismissed my concerns entirely.
For a business that claims to have been operating for over 50 years, this level of service and disregard for customer satisfaction is shocking. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Noyes’ Bakery. Poor product quality, no accountability, and terrible customer service. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their special...
Read moreI had heard that the cakes might be good from Noyes but I had never tried them. I called 3 days before my party to order the cake. The man who answered (I’m assuming the owner) was very rude. He asked me to email a picture of what I wanted and I did. He said it would be over $80 for a double 8in cake. I decided to give it a try and placed a $40 deposit. Fast forward to the party day…the cake was ready on time, it was decorated well but the actual cake inside was horrible. It tasted old and dry. Also, it looked like a 6in cake with 2 ins of whip cream around it. As I was cutting it it was crushing in on itself. One because it was hard and two because it had such an enormous about of whip cream around it. The cake flavor was strawberry swirl. It tasted like nothing at all. I ordered cupcakes as well. My guests didn’t like those either. $2 each and to the trash. The cake went to the trash as well. If that’s a good cake…I could be a millionaire if I open a bakery. I was sad and disappointed. The whip cream filling did taste good, I’ll give him that much. Champagne cupcakes taste like amoxicillin bubble gum flavor. Gross! Definitely had better...
Read moreAt first I thought this place good and it is u till I ordered some cake pops the decoration was ok the taste ok too until in each cake pop their was like green fiber from those scrubs you use to wash dishes blended within the dough. Pretty gross so then i decided to give them another try for my daughters birthday cake. The owner Tony I think was extremely rude he called me extremely mad screaming that why hadn't I picked up the cake that they where getting ready close, it was a Saturday and I had called earlier asking what time they closed because I wasn't going to be able to pick it up at the time I had agreed on. They said it was ok that they closed at 5p anyway well he was super rude when he called and also when I arrived he screamed at me saying we're closing what are you thinking whil other people where coming in picking up their cake late to and he was all nice to them. The cake wasn't even good decoration was horrible too. So never again will I come here. I highly recommend Michelle's Bakery in Redlands they're delicious and great customer...
