The pan dulce and tamales are great, delicious. Their Bolillos are fresh and great for Tortas. If you are a local buyer, you know the hours that is best to visit. During summer time, you will only get a long line maybe Saturday and Sunday morning, for Tamales, and i mean a 10 people line. Keep in mind that once you go inside, you can stay in line or you may have to get your sweet bread and get back in line. (this is a second line). During the holidays, you may stand for hours before you can even get in and often, they will run out of Tamales and you may have to wait longer. although their PRODUCTS ARE GREAT, they HAVE NOT FIGURED OUT A WAY TO EFFICIENTLY STREAMLINE THEIR SERVICE. OR they simply don't care! This is typical and EVERY YEAR IS THE SAME. There is only two cashiers all the time. they only allow around 4-6 people to go INSIDE store, you get your pan dulce and, you get back in line. (inside line) Rather than trying to go there during the holidays, locals like me simply stay away from it. Even if is raining, you will find people...

If I could give it a minus hundred I would I went and spent $23 on a dozen tamales I asked for for chicken for cheese and for pork I got home ate one of them and it was sweet I want to work that night and asked some Latino ladies and they said there's a thing called candy tamales and that's apparently what I had gotten I went back and asked them to make it right and the lady tried to blame me for her mistake and say that I told her that's what I wanted which I never even knew there was a such thing so I'm not sure how exactly I was to tell her I wanted that when the only tamales I've ever had in my life for a chicken beef pork and cheese ones instead of making it right she made a big scene and they're telling me that I was lying and I needed to bring them back when I have the receipt who can turn the world on with a smile I will never do business with them again the lady was terribly rude to me and they couldn't even get what I had ordered right terrible terrible terrible customer service they have lost mine and all my...

They made me cry....I order tacos and this is the second d time its happened where this one lady there just makes my food then turns the box that she's holding the food in sideways jus before I receive it. I left feeling upset and then I came back and showed the other lady how it looked and the lady who.made my food started speaking Spanish and I couldn't understand but it seemed like she was saying I could take it home and rebuild the tacos myself....at this point I started crying they tried to make it right by resetting my already made tacos and when I told them I dropped my diet coke outside they gave me a free one...I guess the disconcerting part was when i had to receive the tacos from the mean lady who messed em and she said in a rude tone"there u go" needless to say I left in a red faced teary eyed mess I dont think ill return or if I do ill make sure that ladies not...
