I do not recommend ordering from this location, especially if you plan to use their mobile order pick-up window. Despite offering this option, they don't actually use the window and just leave pizzas sitting there. Additionally, they fail to fulfill orders on time, even when placed in advance, and become argumentative when asked for a refund.
I placed a mobile order before my class, which ran from 12:35 to 3:00 PM. I arrived at 3:30 PM to pick it up, but my order wasnāt ready. I was told they were severely understaffed, had no manager on duty, and there were many orders ahead of mine. I understood that things happen, as only two employees were working. A third staff member eventually helped me and informed me that my order hadnāt even been started yet. I explained that I had to return to class and couldnāt pick it up until 7:00 PM. She assured me it would be ready by then.
At 7:00 PM, I returned to find about 10 people waiting for their orders, with roughly 20 employees in the back but no one assisting customers upfront. Everyone was waiting on mobile orders, and the mobile order pickup ovens werenāt being used. By 7:10 PM, I was finally helped but given vague answers, saying there were still many orders ahead of mine and it would be ready soon. At 7:26 PM, I was handed a completely different pizza than what I ordered. I had paid $16.31 for my order but was given a pizza worth $7.65.
When I requested a refund due to the incorrect order and needing to return to class, they gave me the runaround. I showed my mobile order receipt, but they asked for a paper receipt, which I didnāt have. I showed the app order again, but they questioned if I had called in the order instead. After repeatedly explaining the situation and showing proof, I finally received my refund at 7:35 PM.

Once the girl answered i explained to her what happened & she said āif the pizza isn't touched you can drive back, give it to us & weāll make you a new oneā. I explained to her they took long to answer & my family started eating but only 2 pieces were gone & she said āsorry we wouldn't be able to do anything since you already touched the pizzaā I called the little Caesarās on Mt Vernon they said they would remake a pepperoni pizza free of charge but then they found out that the one on Mill is where my order was placed at & since itās a franchise they wouldn't be able to do that it would have to be through them. Being a franchise explains a-lot, but I don't see the reason behind me having to drive all the way back from my house with the pizza to take it back to them, & waiting another 30 minutes to an hour to remake my pizza because their never on time, they don't even use the portal for the order pickup. I donāt usually make complaints but I really lost my appetite since my whole family couldn't eat at the same time & they basically don't care for customer satisfaction, I don't think iāll be going back to this location but I will for sure further my complaint because iāve noticed other people receive raw & unsanitary orders as well & I also wouldnāt want anyone to go through what I went...

I scheduled a pickup (online because they literally will NEVER answer their phone) for 10:30 when they opened (giving myself 45 min to get back to my school for the end of semester pizza party I promised my students) and was greeted by two employees and over 20 people all trying to do the same thing for their students, but that's okay, I ordered ahead. The woman said they were short staffed so it would be 15 extra minutes (making it 10:45, I could still make it back to the kids). So many people showed up the two employees stopped coming up front or giving anyone any updates so people began to get restless.
By the time I got my pizzas it was an HOUR over the promised pickup time and all my kids were gone (minimum day) so now I had 5 useless pizzas to try and eat myself. So I demanded a refund since I couldn't even ask them to cancel the order sooner since they were hiding in the back, and when the "manager" tried to hand me my pizzas and I explained the kids were gone and I didn't even get to say bye or keep my promise of a pizza party, she said she "didn't know how to issue refunds." Like.... I have to get back to school (it's never a minimum day for teachers) so I just said I will call back to get my refund.
