Better than any chain sandwich shop around! The food here is DELICIOUS and ALWAYS fresh! Also the prices can't be beat! Service is friendly and courteous! They can be busy during lunch rush on the weekdays, but you can call ahead to save time. They also make party subs by the platter or by the foot with 24hr. notice. Has a whole in the wall college vibe and a great place for starving students to grab a bite to eat. The decor is provided by a young artist with autism, named Grant W. Bring some extra cash to show your support.

My Hero is a place that makes you feel at home, the workers are friendly and provides a family atmosphere. Customer service is good and the sandwhiches are amazing. Thank you guys for all you do and thank you for making a great sub. The lady that works the front is amazing and is fairly new but does an awesome job. Chris Salinas The new floor that was just done makes the shop feel warm, brightens up the atmosphere. Amazing job to whoever layer the floor.

Unfortunately for me I've never tried their sandwiches. My car broke down in front of the restaurant several years back. I asked to use the phone to call AAA and an employee happily handed me the phone. I will admit the AAA client was having a hard time finding my account so my phone call was taking a little long. Someone, (who I assumed to be the owner of the establishment) assumed I was playing around on the phone and yelled at me in front of everyone "GET OFF MY PHONE, YOU ARE MESSING WITH MY MONEY AND I DON'T PLAY WITH MY MONEY!" She proceeded to try and snatch the phone from me. Maybe I was wrong to back up from her since it was her phone, but the way she came at me was wrong. She even started asking someone that bring her bat. She wanted to beat me with a bat! If I was white I don't think she would have treated...

Found My Hero Subs #2 on a "food" mapping search and thought we would try it based on the positive reviews. We were COMPLETELY SATISFIED and My Hero did not dissapoint! You know, sometimes you just need a good sandwich in your life to fill that empty void, and their sandwiches were full, dense, the bread was oh so soft and the meat wasn't thinly sliced. They do tripple layers of meat on their sandwiches and everything completely hit the spot. We almost passed up this place in the drive, but it was definitely a pleasant gem. Wow... 10/10.

First off, when you come in, everything is clean, including all corners. The kitchen looks spotless and cooks wear gloves. The atmosphere is nice with lots of art on walls which you could purchase

Service is exceptional. They mean business and will do anything the customer asks. Very polite and professional.

As far as food... omg.. we are definitely coming back for more. This is our new sandwich place 100% We ordered grilled chicken ranch and ultimate steak footlongs. The best!!!
