I normally get subway on different locations but this one was TERRIBLE. I ordered online for the first time ever, and also went for the first time to this location. The sandwich looks EMPTY compared to other locations, and the lady didn’t want to give my husband our order because he confused my first and middle name EVEN THO he had the screenshot with the order number. I had never complained about subway and that’s why once in a while I get one since normally is one of those stores where their items are consistently good. I understand some people doesn’t know how to work on customer service jobs, but if you don’t, just don’t do it. I hope the managers do something to improve the quality on both sandwiches and workers.
