I would have given 5 stars if they would answered the phone but after calling repeatedly I figured I'd just leave a review since no one wants to pick up. I really like the food here. I actually always get the orange chicken with chow mein and fried rice bowl. It's a good amount of food too. They also have really good boba drinks. The prices are more than other places but the food is good. You can't eat at the restaurant either. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars- No one ever answered the phone. I tried calling 7 times and everytime it rung until the operator hung up. I purchased a boba drink and when I tried to drink it the boba wasn't cooked all the way. All I was going to do was let them know that the bobas we're hard. I literally CHOKED on them when I took a drink. I was like oh maybe it's just a few so I drank some more and nope, about 70% of the boba was hard. I wasn't going to say anything and someone said "call them what if someone...

The food is absolutely delicious, with huge portions and very reasonable prices. My kids loved their Coconut Shrimp, which was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. My wife and I got the Fried Rice Special and Orange Chicken and it was delicious and so filling. The new owners, who took over in July, have made a significant improvement.

the place is clean and plenty of space. It's clear the new owners take pride in maintaining a high standard of hygiene.

The server, KC is incredibly polite and friendly, a noticeable upgrade from before. Her warm and attentive service makes every visit enjoyable. She ensure that every guest feels welcome and well taken care of.

If you haven't been to Mr. You QFR Chinese Food since the new owners took over, I highly recommend giving it another try. They have transformed the place, and I can't wait to return for more...

Since our family moved to San Bernardino back in 2020 from Montclair, it has been difficult to find some really good Chinese food. (We would only ever eat at Mr. You's in Ontario off of Mountain Ave). Due to the distance, we tried SEVERAL restaurants all around our new home and all were just mediocre to say the least. Well tonight I can finally say we found our spot!! They have been open for only 3 months since taking ownership from the previous establishment that was once located there.
