I came today at this McDonald at 10:20 am first their customer service bad I ask for 1 decaf coffee Cashier told me they didn't have any even when behind her I saw those orange coffee pockets they have mark by Mc Donald as decaf coffee her attention and willing to serve customers is not appropriate she was lazy to perform her job duties on top of that she short my order with 3 hash browns and fries👎👎👎👎👎.
A clean environment it's essential for all restaurants it's very important to show care and compromise toward each one of the customers.
I will not recommend this restaurant at all. This location is nasty, tables are dirty and sticky as well the exit door handles. The holding tray use to hold the beverage lives was dirty and sticky as well. This is completely unacceptable, another critical point is you don't have free access to the restrooms you need to ask for help so they can go and open the lock for you at the bathroom door.
This is the worst and the nastiest. The cashiers when to open the door from the restrooms she went back right away to her station and continue serving the customers without washing her hands or sanitize them! I went there tonight around 6:00 p.m. I ordered a mcdouble and a large ice coffee (sugar free French vanilla). The cashier repeated my order and yet they still tried to give me a small one. The manager herself told me to just pay the difference and I told her that it wasn't right because the girl had repeatedl the order back she told me that she didn't care that if I wanted the large one I would have to pay the difference. Read moreAn employee was arguing with one of the members of management. Being loud and obnoxious. Swearing while kids are present. While I was waiting for my food. Three other people came in from the drive thru and said that their food was messed up. After being argumentative with the customer they fixed their orders. Very unprofessional and will not be back anytime soon to this location. I put 2 stars instead of 1 because the food was served pretty timely, even if it was wrong and not what people ordered.
Work on that management skill set... Take your employee to the side in the back and talk to them. Not in front of everybody. Which is probably why they are messing up in the first place.
