Fiesta Mexicana Banquet Hall — Attraction in San Bernardino

We had our wedding here, Saturday, June 08, 2024, and let me start by saying, wow! Just WOW! We went to look at the Marinage in Moreno valley, but they were asking for too much, and all that money spent wouldn't have been worth it. But Fiesta Mexicana in San Bernardino, let me tell you, not only is it beautiful inside and out, but their food is finger licking good! And their staff and security officers are amazing! Did I mention the bar tenders?!! Talk about knowing how to make drinks! We had the bar tenders make Palomas and Malibu Sunset for our guests, and they were sooooo good! For our menu, we chose the typical birria, with rice, and beans, also chicken fettuccine, and Grilled chicken with mushrooms. Their food is AMAZING! They provide the cake. And our wedding cake was really nice, and delicious! The owners are amazing people! We do plan to book another event here soon! We cannot wait. We booked for 200 people. It's so spacious. They had double booked the space during the rehearsal dinner. Happy Birthday!

Upon our arrival, ownership group was late and did not have the key to open the outdoor section on time for the rehearsal. They did not have any of the outdoor set up for the rehearsal or ceremony. They were unable to open the outdoor area for the ceremony due to not having the key. They had to break the chain to let us set up, The wedding party was forced to set up the outdoor seating for the ceremony on the day of the event, THIS WAS AN HOUR BEFORE THE EVENT WAS SET TO BEGIN. the ownership group was aggressive when confronted with their failure to execute on their obligations. in other words, owner was rude and yelling at the client. There was a prominent sewage smell throughout the night. Like.... bad.

2 stars only for the aesthetic of the hall. Aside from that, heads up to anyone who decides to book with them. Be mindful of the contract. They charge you extra if you decide to bring your own alcohol. At first they said $1,000, the day of the event they tried to add an additional $200. The dinner time was supposed to be from 5 pm to 8 pm, they did not honor that and were out of one of the food items with no notification to us. It’s buffet style but depending on how many guests you have, the line can get long. We had 250 guests, as one of the guests I waited 20 minutes in line for a plate. If you choose this option I recommend you ask for more staff to make the line go quicker. They do not have any refreshments on the tables. You have to get up to the bar to get a drink.
