Ordered a 16.25 dollar meal and asked for an extra ranch, keep in mind I only received one, the lady attendant, which looked like a supervisor, said I can only have one. I turned around and looked at the shift manager and he had to tell her that it was fine, to go ahead and give him another. Poor customer service and the place is full of flies. This Carl's jr. Is in Otay Mesa right by the border crossing. It is surprisingly clean and efficient. We got our order very quickly and the order was correct. The bathrooms could have been a little neater but they were not bad and were much better than I expected. To note, they do not have a lock. There is a lot of parking as the Carl is in a parking area with multiple other places to eat as well as some shops. This is the place to wait if you have business with the border...

Walked in to pick up an order stood directly in front of the counter for 5 min I'm not sure if he was the GM or franchise owner he asked me if I'd been helped i said no I've been standing here for 5 min and nobody even acknowledged me or said can I help you....staff had zero courtesy skills he apologized and proceeds to tell me next time stop and ask for help....isn't customer service part of the job...
