Overall, great little hole in the wall Thai place. Menu seems pretty authentic. One of the few places that has "real" grapow on the menu: complete with fried egg on top. Spicy scale is high! Be careful, go on the low side if you aren't sure. A 7/10 had me sweating and eyes watering profusely! I deducted one star and have a minor criticism about the "vibe". This place is small. That's not a bad thing, but they seem to do about 90% of their business as take-out/delivery. I came here alone and sat at the bar upfront, which had a nice selection of local beers on tap. Bummer was, the whole time, the bar was being used as a take out staging area, with the worker constantly bagging up and preparing to-go orders with one hand while answering the phone for the next order with the other. It was chaotic. And in my face. More than once I saw dine in customers have to walk up to the bar to ask for something like more water. I understand in a small place there are certain limitations, but consider moving your staging area back into the kitchen and focus on making the in house dining experience a little more pleasant, and you'll have a 5-star joint! Edit: came back for a 2nd time, excited to try the graprow (one of may favorite Thai dishes), so I said "give me the graprow". Well, little did I know the graprow that's on the menu IS NOT the "special" graprow I was hoping for: minced meat with egg on top. Instead I got a plate of veggies with large chunks of meat. APPARENTLY the "special" graprow is not on the menu, and you have to ask for it specifically. ARGH!

My wife and I have been coming to this restaurant for well over a year. Our experience this last Sunday was terrible. One of the reasons why we loved coming here was the portion sizes were large and the food quality was outstanding. We placed an order to go and we brought it immediately home as soon as it was done. When we opened the bag, the food portions were literally half the size as they were a month ago. We ordered drunken noodles with chicken, pad Thai with chicken and one order of fresh rolls with tofu. First off, all of the noodles were cold and soggy. The pad Thai had no vegetables in it and the fresh rolls had two of the smallest pieces of tofu I've ever seen. The rice paper was falling apart and it was just full of lettuce. All of this for almost $50. I called the restaurant to speak with the manager and was told the manager was not available but to leave a message, so I did. Monday I got no phone call. Called back Tuesday and left my name and phone number again, no phone call back. Called Wednesday, same result, called Thursday, same result. Called Friday and the woman on the phone was condescending and said the manager is busy. Clearly they don't value me as a long time customer and to this day I still haven't received a phone call back. I attached a picture of our order and a screenshot of my call log.

I ordered my food by online and when l arrived to get it, l asked a guy working there in the front desk (close to the cashier) about my food. He asked me 3 times about my name and l repeated again, again and again then l pronounce it to him BUT Looks like he stupid OR don't speak English well! Anyway there are other 2 people waiting also for their food thete, and Looks like they waiting from long time! The guy pretend that he searching about my food THEN he stopped and continued talking with the girl behind him. After over 10 minutes l asked him again and he nervously mentioned that l am searching WHILE the reality he talking with a girl in front of me! Then he gave me my food, imagine the food in front of him and l waited over 10 minutes while while the food ready and l can get it! Could you tell which service is that? Why they bring Garbage people like this guy to work there WHILE he is not speaking English well? If you like the girl go outside and talking with her after finishing your work NOT while you are working and there are customers waiting, it's NOT a place for dating it's for work and serve the Customers BUT it's not your fault it's the manager and/or the honor fault! Because he give a job NOT deserve it, l am sure there are many good people outside looking for a job to improve themselves and much better than this Asian guy. Honestly, l decided it's my last time to order food from this Garbage place and spend money they...
