This place is blocks from my house. In my experience, staff need additional training making drinks to recipe (my son's birthday outing was hardly worth the money due to poorly made drinks), staff needs training on following through on sandwich orders (I've had to go back several times to ask for my sandwich only to find it hasn't even been put in the warmer), and I wish staff would call out name when drink is ready (per standard practice at other *$). I find myself having to go tot the counter to check if my drink is ready (after a 10 min wait or so), sometimes it isn't and other times it is already sitting there. I love how big it is, have suggested additional seating outside. staff if friendly but I do hope they will continue to receive training and work...

When I order trough the drive through the server shows odd attitude towards me and use "What!" twice to answer my order. When I went to window to pay my order she was talking with other worker that showing making fun of me. Her eye was red and seems like she is working under influence. I felt little skeptical about my drink however I finished the drink. But I felt more skeptical about when I woke up with light headed and dizziness.
