I will NEVER return here again. I used to come here often with my mom. But today, $70 down the drain. You would think if you spend $20/per plate, you would leave happy, but it’s aggravating when Panda Express tastes better. I was honest about the Mongolian Beef, it was all onions and hardly any meat. Just tiny slivers and it was COLD. The waitress responds with a scoff and says, but they just made it. So I’m lying? For what? No one ate it. It was gross. The Lo Mein was cold also and very little meat toppings for the extra charge. The ā€œTangerineā€ Chicken was all overly crispy breading and my kids wouldn’t eat it either. They never turn down an ā€œOrangeā€ chicken. I only ate what I could handle because I was very hungry. It was worse when the waitress came out and said she asked them to make it again and I said, ā€œwe didn’t like it, it’s ok we don’t need another oneā€ she says ā€œyou can take it to goā€ and I said humbly ā€œI don’t want to take food home we won’t eat, it’s ok because we didn’t like itā€ and she brings out the check and shamelessly takes my card quickly to charge it before I could see the check and mention that she still charged us the beef. She says she can ask. At this point, I’m just done. I don’t like shameless people who just take money and don’t care about their customers. I told her forget it. I’m just not going to come back. The manager I believe comes over and says I’ll give you credit for next time and by then it’s too late. I tell her it’s fine I’m not coming back, I don’t know why the food was so bad this time but I never want to eat food that bad again. I’m very upset it was my mom’s birthday and it was a awful experience. I will be looking up better Chinese restaurants. Very...

Good afternoon. 03.20.24 From about 4-5 o’clock to noon. Unfortunately, my impression was spoiled by an evil lady after the age of 40 showing some kind of dissatisfaction with her appearance, who met me at the bar.

I went to pick up the order that was supposed to be delivered to the client, she clarified the name of the customer and comparing it with the packages that stood on the bar and confirmed to me that my order was not ready yet. After 10 minutes of waiting, another young employee came up and asked me what I needed. The smile was constantly on her face, and I was very pleased to cooperate with her. I told her that I was waiting for a takeaway order, told her my name, she, in turn, checked the name with the bags on the bar counter, immediately gave it to me, with which I had a question, why the woman who met me 10 minutes ago could not see the letters, and made not only me but also my client wait 10 minutes in the restaurant??? If I were her, I would apologize for this incident, but she decided to snap at me and even gave a low rating in the company’s profile. It’s funny, low, unprofessional of her.

I am very unpleasant that such employees have the right to work in the service sector.

I hope this review will be noticed by the owner of the restaurant and take measures to train the service of this employee, as she does not have enough experience.

I think I wouldn’t have noticed this situation if I had been away from the bar all the time I waited, but unfortunately I stood there all this time. As they say, due to the coincidence, I was able to see the negligence of this...

I ordered luncheon spicy sesame chicken. Unfortunately, there was nothing redeeming about the taste of the food. The chicken itself was cooked fine, but the flavor of the sauce was sad and bland . I ordered spice level 4, but it was completely bland. There were two pieces of red spicy peppers that I chopped up and added to the entree. Then I tried using a bit of siracha. Then soy sauce. I tried mixing some into the dipping sauce they provided it originally tasted like watered down catsup with honey and vinegar, and nothing u could think of improved the flavor. Even the homemade potsticker was soggy and mushy, which ruined the food. The favor was blah. The rice was fairly tasteless, although cooked well. The cover salad was a good choice but the dressing was off. Tasted like vinegar and honey. . This cost me $29, including $5 tip

I’m a disabled senior and on a very limited budget. I rarely buy food so expensive, but if the food is good it can be a good investment in culinary pleasure. But not this time. šŸ˜•

I called restsurant to discuss and young Chinese woman expressed her concern. Promised I would receive refund. She tried to get manager to speak with me but I heard manager tell her she was taking a break. Young woman again apologized and promised they would make it right.

Just got a call from manager, several hours later. She immediately told me grub hub was responsible for refunds and told me to call them she didn’t offer an apology or any thing about regretting that I received mushy, soggy, bland food with no doubt in spicy sesame chicken. Just wanted to...

First, we made a special trip because weeks ago, I was told in some detail that the food could be battered in corn starch, thereby making it gluten free. Well, I was told the opposite today so we're not going back. They are known for their food, not their friendly service so keep that in mind, as well. We had gluten free walnut shrimp and the crispy Shanghai pork. The shrimp dish is made with mayonnaise so I was not really a fan. During my gluten filled days, it was the spicy honey chicken which is usually to die for. This was a sad second choice. The pork left my companion unimpressed. She liked the fried rice better and left most of the pork Chicken dumplings and cream cheese wontons were great, soup was tasty and lemonade, even with a tinny aftertaste, was good. I've eaten at Chins forever but it looks like today was my last visit. So my suggestions from past experience would be the Ku Ting crispy shrimp and the spicy honey chicken. Both were favorites of mine and hopefully still fabulous.

Chin’s is a lovely place. Went there for lunch and it was more than enough. The flavors were great, the service was excellent and they even boxed your left overs. My only issue was the building shows it’s age - it’s been there forever. But it’s warm, cozy and authentic. Prices were what you’d expect for a very nice restaurant, but as I said earlier, the portions are very large. Spice level is according to taste, I can take hot and this was spicy for me at a 4. Great place to take a large group and they have tables that can accommodate.

Awesome atmosphere & good service. Exactly what I was looking for. Beef broccoli and Kung Pao chicken were as I expected. Wonton strips, sweet & sour sauce, and hot tea were good, standard fare. I'm very eager to return, to try all the other interesting food. I'm interested in the szechuan dishes (beef and chicken), as well as the spicy tangerine dishes. Also, didn't get to try any noodle dishes, but that's on the list to try also. July 2024
