I would give zero stars. I ordered for delivery and once I received the food… I was immediately disappointed. For the wings I ordered, one of the team members put the sauce on one spot and it hardly cover any of the wings. The gave us less wings than it was supposed to be given. They definitely rush the order! Also, for the pasta it seem that it was barely anything in bowl. A team member said they only supposed to put one scoop? Why spend 10 bucks for one scoop? Silly me.. That following night, I called and requested a partial refund because I’m a fair person. I told them that I would pay for the pizza but not the sides because it wasn’t up to par. The dude that spoke on the phone basically kept giving me the runaround and basically said there’s nothing he couldn’t do. I requested to talk to a manager but said he was busy and couldn’t talk which is unprofessional. I called the next busy day because they said to do that and I told exactly what happen and they tried to offer me a 10 to 20 dollar refund. I kindly decline and I told them to refund me the exact amount that I paid for the sides. Why this man hung up on me? So UNPROFESSIONAL. Later someone else calls me .. the owner i believe and said there is nothing he can do because in their system they have to refund the exact date or a day later. He said none of the employees have access to that because he was off on those days… doesn’t excuse the reason for meeting a customer needs if it isn’t met. Someone should have accesss if you’re not there on those days. Basically said nothing he could do and offer me credit to my dominos account. Does it look like I’m gonna be eating a dominos again? Absolutely NOT. The owner didn’t offer no help. It’s locally own so if you have a issue with the order don’t expect a refund or any good service and assistance from them. Just left this store. I have been a patron of this store for decades. DECADES. We have lived in the area for 30 years! Jason, the manager, told me he wouldn't serve me tonight because I asked him to remake my pizza as I had paid for three toppings and was only given two. He stated that I could not get three toppings of the same topping (beef). But I paid for it? And I called to verify. The woman who answered the phone said it wasn't a problem. When I arrived Jason refused to talk to me sending messages through the newer employee. I politely empathized with her asking for the manager. I have NEVER BEEN disrespectful. I didn't use fowl language. I didn't yell. I didn't threaten the manager or the woman. I just asked how can I pay for something and not get it? His employee lied denying she confirmed my order when she did. I knew it was because she was scared to admit she had messed up. She was new and I felt for her. But I had confirmed my order on the phone with her. She lied and said I had not. Why would I lie? As I held my pizza hr reached over grabbed it from my hands and said I would not be getting pizza today from Dominoes. He literally took it out of my hands and told me no because I asked for the third topping I had paid for and didn't get. I was in shock. He looked at me and sharing that I was being hostile. I couldn't believe it. How? I hadn't raised my voice... hadn't yelled... hadn't cussed. I had no choice but to walk out without any pizza.
2024 Update: iIt's been nearly a year and I cannot even think about buying from this Dominos and its literally 5 minute walking distance from my moms house. I placed an order and got a pop message saying there was an error and to try again, I waited a couple minutes and input my order again this time it went through fine, 30 min later I get delivered 2 orders from 2 different drivers of exactly the same items, unfortunately the person who accepted the orders had just gotten home and thought we had placed both orders. When I found out what happened I immediately called to store and explained the situation, the person who answered said they were super busy and a manager wasn't available but they would refund me 1 order and for me to keep both orders. I called again the next day to talk to a "manager" and she basically said if it wasn't refunded last night there's nothing we can do, she said the main manager would be in later and they would call me when they got in well the manager didn't call and I haven't gotten a refund. What bothers me is the lack of training these employees have, none of the employees noticed there was 2 exact same orders placed minutes from each other with exactly the same price to the same exact address and they still sent out TWO (2) separate DRIVERS to deliver minutes from each other and then the MANAGER said there was nothing they could do!
