THE YOUNG MAN THAT TOOK MY ORDER HAD TO COMFIRM WITH STAFF TO MAKE SURE DELIVERY SERVICE WAS PROVIDED AT THE HOLIDAY INN ON PARKWAY...HE SAID "YES" AND SAY FOOD WOULD BE DELIVERED 30MINS ", I SAID "OK" AND HAD HIM REPECT THE ADDRESS..
4:45pm, SOMETHING TOLD ME TO CALL TO CHECK STATUS...WHEN I MENTIONED MY ORDER AND HOW LONG ITS BEEN, THE PERSON ON THE PHONE ASKED THE DELIVERY MAN EHAT HAPPENED?...I COULD HEAR THE CONVERSATION. DELIVERY MAN SAID "SHE GAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS" (NOT TRUE)...
WHEN THE WKER GOT BACK ON THE PHONE HE STATED "I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ORDER, WE HAVE TO REMAKE IT" ( WHAT???). I THEN STATED "NO ONE WAS GOING TO CALL, TO LET ME KNOW MY FOOD WAS NO LONGER IN ROUTE?" HE SAID "ILL TAKE YOUR ORDER AGAIN". AT THIS POINT IM THINKING WE BACK ON TRACK AFTER THAT CALL..
5:15 PM, RECEIVE A CALL REGARDING POSSIBLES DUPLICATE ORDER 🤦🏼♀️. AGAIN WENT OVER EVERYTHING ONCE I FINISHED, I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER (SHE WAS VERY NICE AND WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE SITUATION). SHE CONFIRMED THE ORDER SMH. RECEIVED FOOD AT 5:30 PM...I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS...

What a terrible experience! Avoid this location. We waited almost 20 minutes at the storefront after phoning in our order and we do not live close-by. There was only one person ahead of us. Apparently, she phoned in her order for carry-out and they sent it out for delivery. They didn't figure this out in time, so they started a new order for her. Then had to sort it all out again afterward.
When we finally got to the register, the guy didn't know how to process the gift cards correctly. Now I have two cards with low balances. Usually they show you the pizzas ahead of time, but our experience with Domino's is typically very positive. We should have checked before we left.
When we got home, the pizzas were terrible. One pizza had been cooked partially folded over. We ordered another with triple pepperoni. The center half of the pizza didn't even have toppings, and the pepperonis were all stacked on top of each other on the outside. The cheese did not melt properly and the pizzas were not sliced right. Slivers and giant slices.
They had at least 5-6 people working too, on a Saturday night. Not the family evening we were expecting.

Don't go to the San Carlos location on Lake Murray if you want curbside delivery. I ordered a pizza last night for curbside delivery, got there, and checked in. So far so good. However, I sat in my car for 10 minutes watching all the action inside the store. Never, not once, did anybody appear to be bringing out my pizza. On my phone it reported I was checked in. I saw a delivery driver come out, put the pizzas into his car and take off. Finally, I got out of my car and went inside to get my pizza. Once I was handing my pizza, I asked if they were still doing curbside delivery. All that was reported to me was that they were busy. No apology, nothing. If you're busy, either hire more people or remove curbside delivery as an option. This morning I talked to my neighbor, and she said she had the same experience. There are too many pizza places around to not offer good service. Mountain Mike's is right...
