Went there pretty often before the remodel. Hit and miss with respect to service and quality. Not consistent at all, but usually good enough to come back again.

Been there twice since the remodel. The first time was on a Sunday morning. The guy took the order of the person before us and promptly busied himself with other orders. We stood at and near the counter for over 25 minutes without being acknowledged at all, then we finally left without ordering anything. There was one other small party of people sitting down. The place was not busy. On my second shot since the remodel the guy who ignored us last time was working, along with some kids. They took my order and I waited another 20 or so minutes to get it. The main item was not what I ordered, and the beverage seemed like it was missing ingredients. I asked for my money back and was refunded cash on a credit card purchase in the inccorect amount by a young girl who had an attitude about it.

Worst customer service, they never have pineapple and today that I went to pick up my order after an hour and when I got there they said the didn't have my order ready yet and also they said they didn't have any pineapple for my pineapple diablito and right when I was going to tell them what diablito I wanted they changed their minds and told me they were going to make it, I waited for 30 more minutes there and they finally gave me my order. I got to my destination and as soon as I took a sip of my drink it didn't taste like pineapple at all, instead it tasted like water with chamoy it was so nasty. First time/ last time $22?? Ordered a sandwich de lomo. It has one wilted lettuce leaf, hardly any avocado, a mound of lomo just stuffed in the sandwich with soggy bread if you take more than 5 minutes to eat it. Not good at all. The chipotle sauce was the only good thing. Low quality sandwich for the price. Ordered a biónico. It’s just a fruit cup with yogurt. No thank you. Edit: after reading other reviews it seems that this place has a problem with: -high prices & low quality -they skimp on ingredients -sometimes they don’t have the ingredients -customer service skills Seems like management needs to get in there and check on quality and customer service for the high prices...
