Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in San Diego

Today i picked up and order for door dash from jersey mikes and they were very rude to me. They were extremely behind on door dash orders and when i gave them the order name the guy was rude and said we dont have that order so i went back to the car and got the phone to show him and he said idk what to tell you we dont have it and he didnt check. So i tried contacting the customer no response. Instead of refreshing the computer he was rude and unhelpful. It was a white male brown hair and maybe in his 20s. He was so rude and unhelpful and i had to cancel the order and it brought the dasher rating down. I hope no one ever goes here....

Called in order, ca.chkn cheese,TODAY. He answered the phone just hello, had to ask if this was.jersey mikes.the girl was totally clueless about my order, asked for a menu( did your prices really go that high? Other gal I can get you a paper, otherwise you have to look on the board Gave me a menu NO PRICES on it and it was from your lemon Grove store. I've always loved Jersey Mikes but I must say the online service could use some work. I called in an order, came in 15 minutes later to pick up and it wasn't ready. There were 8 people in line. All their sandwiches were made before they even started my order. I told my girlfriend when I got home. She mentioned that they did the same to her the last time we ordered there. So why order online if i can walk in and get it faster. We've never had this problem when we ordered from Santee before this store opened. The food was good as always, but we probably won't be ordering...
