Mariscos La Morena — Restaurant in San Diego

First time here. Accidentally discovered the place coz the taco place we're supposed to go to was close and they're one of the closest. The good reviews were accurate! The food was good! And friendly service too. Reminds me of the tacos I had in Los Cabos, Mexico. They also give you free soup while waiting which is really nice. They also have outdoor seating near their food truck. And plenty of free parking on site. Should have ordered more for to-go. Will do the next time we visit! Wish they have horchata tho, would definitely be a perfect spot to get my to-go...

This taco truck has the best tacos in Kensington/Talmadge/El Cajon Blvd area. I live in the area and get Mexican food from them all the time. Great service, very nice people especially the man who’s the business owner. The food quality and taste is amazing. Best tostadas and ceviche and by far best fish tacos! And plus points for the perfect plain chicken tacos that they make for my picky...

This is my go-to for seafood tacos. Very reasonably priced and their homemade red hot sauce sauce is delicious. Love the complementary soup too! One commenter said they are under seasoned, but they have a lot of condiments, onions, and limes so you can season to your liking. The breading is light and not heavy like many other places are.
