I just moved to San Diego 7 months ago, and I was looking for Sea Moss, I couldn't find it anywhere, even the Jamaican stores/restaurants did not have Fresh raw Sea Moss. BUT, I FOUND the African Caribbean Market.
I don't know if it was because I was an American, but that African dude at the register was COLD, no contact of being friendly, he was on the phone, not helping me when I asked him for help??? it was as if I was disturbing him. I was looking for a certain
spice, I didn't find it there and if the spice was there, he definetly was not going to help me look for it. So I will wait until I go back up to Los Angeles to go to Naturalart Jamaican store to find it, and, where People treat their customers with respect in help them with a product. NOT GOING BACK THERE, maybe this is how customers are treated in Africa when they shop. In America, you will lose customers from not helping them. NOT GOING BACK NEVER...
