Don't come here in the early morning around 8 am when there is a elderly man and older woman working here. They literally ripped us off $5 for a 2 item combo. That was all we got and so we had to put 1 item back after we realized that they wanted to overcharge us. Total was going to be $18 for a little food! The old man was coughing without closing his mouth and he didn't understand "English" until he gave us the total at the end speaking in English! The lady didn't even want to help us until she demanded the total. The amount of food he gave us was so small as well for the price. As soon as he knew my husband didn't speak Viet, he took the combo container back and got individual container boxes for each item we wanted instead to get more money from us. And he kept grabbing the wrong foods that we didn't even ask for so my husband who is Asian too kept telling him "no" and pointing his fingers to sign to him what we actually wanted. It took so long to get the correct items. This place is dirty and shady and a disgrace to other Asians for ripping others off. I really wanted to support a small business but had a bad experience here so I will never return. Update: I had a stomachache for 2 days after eating their food so I wouldn't be surprised if they are serving old food. Or the place is unsanitary. The prices displayed are too...
Read moreBeware of this place. The owners which includes the females working in the back and the sons constantly charges different prices to different people. The prices that they charge is different from the men price. When they are caught cheating on the price, they blame that the price on the menu is the old price. Then change your menu and reflect the right price. I have witnessed they charging different people different prices and some refused to pay them what they charge. The sons are also extremely rude to customers. They ALWAYS have that upset look on their face as if we are troubles and not their customers. CHANGE THE WAY YOU SERVE PEOPLE! CHARGE PEOPLE THE RIGHT PRICE! RUN A...
Read moreCame back for the Bánh xèo, and it did not disappoint! This Vietnamese savory crepe is known for its thin, crispy, golden-brown rice flour batter, lightly infused with turmeric. It’s filled with a delicious mix of shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts, then paired with fresh lettuce, herbs, and that classic nuoc cham dipping sauce.
The name “bánh xèo” means “sizzling pancake,” inspired by the crackling sound it makes when the batter hits the hot skillet — and trust me, that sizzle means something tasty is on the way. It was absolutely delicious and worth the trip back!
I came back after having a great...
