This location is more of a display and taster of Waters' catering business than a restaurant, but it has many choices and good variety that also changes periodically. Food is ready and displayed so one can simply pick and choose from what's available that day. You can have your meal warmed up and eat it there or take it out. You also have a choice of microwave or oven heating and they use biodegradable cutlery and crockery. Way to go! My personal favorite are the roasted veggies and I usually pair them with one of a few available proteins - salmon, chicken tenders, tri tip, etc. Loads of side dishes such as casseroles and vegetable based extras, prepared in a way that everyone can like. Walked in to grab a bite to eat and was very surprised with how clean and nice this place is. Wow the and the staff was so friendly. A really nice lady helped me her name was Sandi. Sandi, recommended the Brandt Roast beef Sandwich and WOW! it was truly amazing! Sandi helped me so quickly she was fast, friendly and nice and gave some great recommendations.
