Do not buy from Gigi and her "business". Her mattresses are hilariously bad products that will leave you with intense backpain. They won't mention there is no return policy until you complain about your mattress being low quality and feeling fake. Then they will gaslight you about your back adjusting to the mattress, saying it will take up to 30 days for your back to adjust, so just wade it out. Then they will not honor the 20 year warranty because the mattress "looks fine". Its such a joke. Do not get suckered by these crooks. The formula is simple, sapphire sleep markets their bad products with insane markup, a box drop franchisee like Gigi is forced to buy them up per her franchise agreement and then "discounts them" so she can sell them to you as overstock luxury mattress that must go today!. (hint you cant find these mattresses anywhere else). When you realize you got suckered, you cant take the mattress back to Gigi because she has a no return policy, and sapphire sleep wont take it because you didn't buy it directly from them. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the market for a new mattress. They had a good selection of mattresses — pretty much the same thing you can find in bigger mattress stores at way cheaper prices. But more than the low prices they offer, what makes them stand out is the awesome customer service they provide! The owner, Gigi, turned our shopping errand into a wonderful experience. Although we told her that we were there to buy the cheapest mattress they had since we just needed something temporary while waiting for our household goods to arrive, she still gave us her undivided attention and patiently answered our questions. Instead of pushing us to buy one of the most expensive mattresses they have, she let us try whichever one we wanted to. She even brought out a pillow and let us lie down on each mattress for as long as we wanted so we found the one we would be happiest with. BoxDrop furniture has been an amazing experience. If you haven’t been in yet and questioning it, DO IT!! They have such a Variety Of couches and some mattresses that are all top notch for less than half the price.

I highly recommend Gigi at the Morena location. She is super sweet, kind and so accommodating. She does her job very well and always makes sure she has happy customers! I love my mattress and she made sure I was happy with my choice before settling in on a specific one. I went back to get a couch because my experience was so lovely the first time. I was able to contact her via text, went in and got my loveseat ordered in less than 10 minutes.
