#28daysummershredchallenge
So this month was the #28daysummershredchallenge! I decided to join the challenge because I needed that extra boost, accountability and wanted to get back on track with my mental health and weight. With the personalized meal plan, bonus workout day, accountability and Prestige supplements I have lost 8.6 pounds in just under 28 days! With that I have gained muscle and feel like I have more energy than I know what to do with! Coaches Tato, Jillian, Clyde, Whitney and Haley have been so supportive through out this challenge and having them join the boot camp to workout with everyone is EVERYTHING! Thank you Cali4Fitness for all your support, dedication and hard work. I am so blessed to have such great support ♥️
UPDATE! So as everyone knows life hasn’t been so routine lately. Going to work, gym, school etc. During this crazy 😜 time in everyone’s lives, gyms are closed, school is done for the year and a lot of people are either working from home or not working at all. That being said, sitting at home and not being productive or healthy is an easy unhealthy habit.
I urge you to get off the couch, get outside and get some fresh air and sun 🌞 . Go for a walk 🚶🏼♀️, bike ride 🚲, run 🏃🏼♀️do some yoga or workout🏋️♀️🧘🏼♀️! My outlet has always been working out. Get moving! It’s a stress reliever and endorphin booster which helps depression and anxiety. And who doesn’t love some fresh air and sunshine ☀️?
I am a member with Cali 4 Fitness which is a local gym located off Morena Blvd. They, along with other gyms, have had to close their doors during the quarantine. BUT!! Just because they closed their doors....they are still 💛OPEN💚 and ROCKING it! They offer online live ZOOM classes which include bootcamp classes, Brazilian bootycamp, daily/weekly challenges and live online ZOOM social events! Just last week there was an event in which a member along with Coach Jillian and Coach Tato had dance lessons 💃🏼 and social happy time 🍻😄.
It has been AMAZING doing online classes to see everyone’s happy faces and being held accountable to not sit on the couch and veg!
To those who are ESSENTIAL and currently working during this difficult time...there are live classes in the morning and afternoon and each class is recorded!!! So even if you cannot make it to a live class....you can still work out 🏋️♀️ when it’s a better time for you!!
Again, It is EXTREMELY important to always be active, especially during a time like this. You will be happy, accomplished and stoked to be part of this super fun and supportive group of this group of people. I promise 😎

Read moreI really wanted to express how much I love this place and how happy I am to have found them. After my gym closed due to Covid state regulation I took to the app Meet Up to find workouts wherever I could and I found a free one week trial here and was hooked! They have created a family like community with one another that is really special and I felt accepted right away. They've done an amazing job adjusting to whatever new regulations are being enforced. Everyone is spaced out with markers, all equipment is sanitized, we are greeted with hand sanitizer and temperatures are taken at the door, and I love that we are outside getting fresh air in the always beautiful San Diego weather! The environment is always so positive, energetic, and fun! I always look forward to coming to class! (And I may double or triple up on occasion lol) The music is always on point. Workouts always kick butt but we are always given modification which is really helpful. It's a perfect mix of cardio and weight training and everyday is different. The coaches really go above and beyond for us. They're seriously all so kind, encouraging, and helpful. I love that I receive emails and I can get on Instagram to receive health tips, recipes, and extra motivation. Classes are also available on zoom and daily exercises are posted on Instagram. They really go the extra mile to make all of their members feel special, whether it's sharing happy news, singing happy birthday, or announcement their successes to the class. Everyone's so supportive toward one another. We are encouraged to air high five each other and tell each other good job after each circuit. I love all the coaches and people I've met here and It's amazing to be apart of their community....

They have the best of two cultures and they are always smiling and happy to see you and your progress. I met them 3 years ago when the Boot Camps were at the Park. I didn’t know about the gym, since 1 month ago when I was checking my Social Media (Facebook and Instagram). As soon I found out I asked to my husband to go with me to the gym Cali4Fitness and do the workout that I used to love to do at the Park. My husband and I used to have a sedentary life after we got married, living a “busy life” never having time to workout for almost 2 years. But everything had changed after we went to CALI4FITNESS. They literally changed our lives! I can’t imagine our lives without them now... We are going to the gym every single day, we have more energy, we’re more productive, eating much better and even less tired! We don’t miss any class. Now, we’re part not just of a Gym, but we are part of a FAMILY Cali4Fitness, that makes the difference and everything unique. The coaches know everyone names, they wanna make sure we are doing the exercises correctly, they show every day their passion for the gym and all the people. We are always excited to go workout and see our friends at Cali4Fitness. Every month they set up places for us to go and hang out, like: sushi place, laser tag, barbecue... it’s really nice and cool see everybody out of the gym sometime.
