Pizza Hut — Restaurant in San Diego

I traveled in from FL and ordered door dash . Pizza Hut forgot to provide the door dasher with my entire order. When I called back to have my order corrected the Mgr Jacob was very rude and not accommodating to correct the order. The two items left out of my order was sitting on the counter and the only advise he provided was to put in a complaint with door dash. This for one was not door dash issue and did not solve the problem of not having dinner provided as I paid for. No reason why a $98 pizza and wings order should not have been taken care of. I even asked if the Pizza Hut driver could deliver and he stated he couldn't accommodate me with that either. I asked for a refund and he stated he didn't have authority to handle this issue either. He could only advise to contact door dash or come pick the order up myself. Why would I pay door dash if now I'm going to come out to pick up and order Pizza Hut messed up... Jacob couldn't even remember what items I told him were missing. His response was he's multitasking. Awful awful awful employee with terrible customer service. I will never order from this location again and will be needing a full refund, as I ordered pasta and couldn't eat it because no Utensils were provided. I was told I need to dip the pasta with the bread sticks... I don't eat bread, so why would you recommend I the bread...

What can I say? Sometimes we make good decisions and sometimes we don't. Today I did both.

My friend ordered two large pies for us to chow on to soak up the festivities. After bottomless mimosas, I ate quite a few slices which tasted divine. A few hours later while waiting at a DUI checkpoint I could feel that my stomach did not like the pizza as much as my tastebuds. I prayed that I wouldn't let loose before I got home, especially in front of the police. They deal with enough to not have to do a DUI test on someone who recently crapped their pants.

I make it home and I have been sitting on the toilet for the past hour or so losing about 10 pounds a minute. It's a feeling no one should have to experience.

Pizza was excellent, delivery was great, just be aware of your body's limitations when it comes to the Hut otherwise you too will leave a 5-star review from your throne...

Food quality has gone down lately. This has been our favorite pizza place for a few years now, but our latest order was a great disappointment. Previously our usual order with 4 items plus cheese nicely covered the large pizza; this time they were sparce and scattered. The size of beef chunks is noticeably smaller, there was little chicken or mushrooms. There seemed to still be a supply of banana peppers but who knows how long that will last. There was a tiny bit of sauce smeared on the pie. Basically it was bread (thicker crust) and cheese. Not my idea of a good pizza.

It's a take-out place, so atmosphere really doesn't apply, but the place is clean. Employees are very busy at predictable times like...
