The ride itself was great. The communication during the lead up to our time sensitive wedding event was incredibly stressful. As late as five minutes prior to my ceremony, I was still being assured that there would be buses available at my location to pick people up afterwards. Granted my situation was more complicated than normal because our wedding was on a navy base. This company was eager to talk and communicate, but not able to absorb the instructions required to accomplish this mission. We were very lucky that one of their drivers had a military identification card. But I discovered on my way to the wedding that there was no one scheduled for after the event that could actually get on base despite ample instructions for how to gain access. There were also multiple emails in the last two weeks suggesting that basic scheduling information like times and locations for pick ups have not yet been understood despite having been communicated multiple times.
