Subway — Restaurant in San Diego

I'm a huge fan of this place. They are my go-to place for lunch or dinner at UCSD. Food is cheap and I am vegetarian so I don't have a huge palette anyway.

All the staff there are fine. I've been there many many times, so I have met many of them. The cashier (at the time of writing) is particularly friendly and has some classy ways of saying "good day" to you (sorry, I don't remember the name).

This Subway even has a discount if you get TWO of (almost) any footlong sub after 5pm on any day and all day on Sunday. You get the two for just $10. Even two of my favorite vegetarian subs cost ~$14 normally. Huge savings.

i was thinking of getting a subway sandwich all morning :( the idea of eating one was helping me get through my day. I walked up to place my order around 12:30, and got in line behind 5 people. The KIOSKS MUST GO. I received my sandwich in 30 minutes……. Subway has a refined system traditionally. Because of the kiosk, they were accepting orders at far higher rates than they were able to make them on time. Also they didn’t have the bread I wanted so they just used another bread without asking me what I wanted or letting me know about the shortage. They didn’t add sauce on my sandwich either.
