Vallarta Taco Shop — Restaurant in San Diego

Company vehicle was being worked on around the corner so i had time to kill, i came in to get some food, initial experience was it doesn’t look clean and hygienic but I wanted to give it a shot, placed an order and got my receipt and noticed a charge of “credit card fee” there is no sign letting you know cashier didn’t even let me know otherwise i would have paid cash, food looked “pretty” presentation was nice, 2 tacos had flavor but 3rd taco was bland no flavor and dripping grease/juice while held in hand, trash was completely full, bathroom was dirty and I couldn’t use the salsa bar because there was small dead bug in carrot/onion mix and nothing was topped off i mean this is right when they open everything should have been on point.
