The owner has this weirdo young punk kid running the place while he’s not there, that kid is gonna run this place right into the ground. 1st and foremost he wears the most long and wild hairstyle I’ve ever seen (never wears hairnet), which isn’t a big deal if you didn’t work in a pizza parlor preparing other folks meals. 2nd he never wears gloves. 3rd He’s actually a huge Liar I come in a work uniform working hard so you know I’m coming in hungry and spending hard earned money, why would it be such a headache to give customers their requested “extra cheese” or “mayo” on the side? Is this your form or racism sir?
Getting back to why he’s a Huge Lying little worm, I patronized this business approximately 4 times. 2 out of the 4 times I have asked for mayo on the side and this weirdo told me “they don’t have mayo”. On my 4th visit I ordered a subway sandwich where on their menu one of the ingredients is MAYO. So then now I requested extra Mayo on my sandwich and Mayo on the side and what do you know, he gave me what I asked for. At a place of business conduct yourself properly or all your dirty laundry will be available for all to see! I ordered a subway sandwich, 2 slices, and French fries totaling around $35 the owner of this place needs to fire you. You are a looser! You just canceled a good customer for a couple sprinkles of extra cheese that your low life minimum wage tail didn’t...
Read moreVery disappointing. Their product is very inconsistent. My most recent pizza was dry as the box it came in and incorrectly topped. I have ordered 3 times from Donario's this review is the sum of my experiences. 2 of the 3 times my pizza was topped without at least one of the items ordered items. Please note, I have been charged regardless. When I have asked to have a credit back for pour execution, I've been offered credit for a single topping which was never documented and thus couldn't be applied. I have taken the time to share my experiences with the owner who, rather indifferently, implied "Our pizza style may not be for you." My response is: Hot and topped as ordered is "my style." I like supporting local business and live in the neighborhood. But a poorly executed pizza made in a house whose owner is indifferent should not go undocumented. If you're in the Richmond district and want a good honest pizza, there's a very good pizzeria at Geary and 20th Ave and another wonderful, more gourmet alternative on 23rd between Clement and California. Both of these restaurants take pride and ownership in their products. The decision is yours. Enjoy your...
Read moreFirst time to order from this Pizza place in our neighborhood. They delivered the wrong pizza, instead of 5 toppings as ordered, we got only 1 topping pizza. I called the Pizza place, the person I spoke to was apparently the store manager, he was very nice and accommodating to my call. Acknowledged their fault and immediately prepared the right pizza my son ordered and the manager delivered it himself with a slice of chocolate cake bonus! Errors does happen sometimes. And it did not make my rate to their product any less. I still give them a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Excellent pizza! Excellent promptness to address issues and good customer service given by the manager. Their kitchen will be my kitchen extension...
