I think there’s a lot of potential here for a wonderful neighborhood spot however it’s not quite there yet. It’s not the type of place that I would want to stay for a long time but that’s fine because it’s not trying to be a trendy SF coffee shop—it’s more of a neighborhood bodega style place, which is fine, but the food leaves something to be desired. Read moreI was just passing through the area and Google maps threw this coffee shop at me. I always try to go to the independent coffee shops instead of the chains. I ordered an almond milk latte, the coffee was sublime with a good strong flavour. The lady behind the counter told me they had croissants which I immediately said yes to. It was warm and fresh and everything a croissant should be. Later on I passed through the same area and stopped again for a breakfast panini.
