I popped by to buy some pill pockets for a cat I'm catsitting for just around the corner. A woman in the back with a black Frenchie named Night (or Knight?) who was restocking had excellent customer service skills: greeted me, asked if I needed help with anything, offered to bring stuff up to the front while I shopped more, etc. Honestly, I would have been fine with someone less initiating since my goal was to get in and get out. I went in around 11am on Wednesday so maybe that's when the very nice associate works! There was a gruffer staff member who was more curt and did not greet me, but again, I wasn't offended. They helped the cheerier associate find the pill pockets for me. I thought they had a fairly impressive selection and good balance between cats, dogs, and small mammals supplies.
