An underrated, very nondescript staircase that connects two quiet neighborhood streets. There is nothing to write home about in terms of staircase design or art, but it is a nice reprieve through a forested hillside in a busy city. As someone previously mentioned, it is definitely one of the longest staircases you'll find in this city. Pro tip: Be mindful of the path you're on as this staircase is a main entrance to several private homes.

Hidden gem in The City. Narrower than most staircases and very “rustic”. It took me 3 minutes to go down. Your legs will be screaming at some point going up. Use your gps on your phone or you’ll walk right by it.

It's surprisingly easy...but 2 days later, my thigh realized the strength training I made. Loved it. Quiet, beautiful view and great for a quick workout.

Great SF City stair-walk connecting 2 geographical locations in the southern portion of the city. The lower portion has beautifully maintained gardens & peoples homes branch off from Harry Street. It consists of a series of about 150 steps (~50/50 concrete/wood steps) & 0% paved roadway. There are no restrooms playgrounds or picnic areas along Harry St , but it is definitely dog friendly as it is an often used cut through for dog...

One of San Francisco's famous staircase streets, Harry Street is a fun spot to include on any walk around the neighborhood. Four houses open onto this cozy stairway/parklet, with neat plants and flowers especially near the bottom and some great views of downtown. Waking the whole thing to the top is a bit...
