Food was fantastic! The salmon-garlic was awesome with the spicy tuna a great second (bulgogi was third). Only negative was the 30min wait to get the food, but understandable for a new upstart. I'd recommend if you are hungry, get something from the food truck to hold you over until the tofu-type rolls of magic arrive. Get a spot at bare bottle and the food will be...

Probably the best inari we I’ve ever had. The spicy tuna I could tell was extremely fresh and perfectly seasoned! The bulgogi, tamago, and Korean egg inari were also so flavorful and fresh! Highly recommend...
