This was my local grocery store since it opened but as of today I’m switching to the Mission Van Ness branch. Why? This grocery only caters to car users, they have no bike loops or any bike/scooter friendly place to lock up. They used to be able to let me bring the scooters in but now they say that’s no longer allowed and suggested me leaving the (foldable) scooters “by the cars”. It’s a shame the management is awful at this place because the staff themselves are lovely people.

Prices are great but employees are so rude cashier 0128 Roberto was super rude I asked if I could put my phone number for the app and he said that I was stupid and that my debit card would automatically magically put it in the app

It is predictably well stocked and a place where savings are guaranteed -- especially in their wine section (on sale!). Grocery Outlet in San Francisco, CA. As seen by #TheBrokerWithAHeart

Discrimination against people of color and latinos. Writing this review on behalf of my father who stopped shopping here. The store policy requires you turn in your bags near the door (and they're very vocal about it) which is understandable, but half the time they don't say anything to a person who is not of color. From what my dad tells me, he confronted the workers, and it's only until confronted that they'll go tell that person to turn in his/her bags too. The level of attitude my dad received along with bs excuses like "oh we forgot to check him/her" and "we were busy." Apparently minutes later, the same thing happened again. Another issue with the bag policy is that since they're near the door, anybody can just take them and walk out. Imagine being discriminated against and ALSO having your possessions taken. Imagine shopping in a hurry and looking at your bag to make sure it's still there. This is the nearest grocery store to where we reside, but now we've had to take our shopping to the Grocery Outlet in the Mission. I hope they come up with a better way to manage this store, yes, I know it's understaffed but this can be handled in a...

I was nearby so I decided to try this GO location rather than the one I usually go to. I knew that it would be closing at 9:00 and I only had about 18 minutes but I knew I only needed about two things. It was easy to get in and out in that time. The only downside I would say is that they were not giving out any baskets and they were taking away all the carts when I was entering. So there were a lot of people walking around with their hands full of stacked groceries. And they were also making an announcement that if you do not get in line right away, you may not be able to complete your purchase because the cash registers shut down at 9:00. So in effect rushing you out of the store. I understand wanting to close on time but I would say this was a bit of a downside. There are other location in the mission is open till 10:00. If you want later...

I was in need of Grocery Outlet so Walk in, man I forget my card, but I had my checkbook with me, so I ask a cashier and they said they wasn't sure about taking check payments so ,they call the manager and he show them all 6 cashier how to process a check payment, and at the end couple of them they where like, we where trained on a different way, but if there is only two ways to process a check payment, manual and electronic why they just don't get the payment instead of have people waiting behind. I love Grocery Outlet buy here all the time, great price, great service, clean restroom, all the time... I call it (G-O) I feel like I went there on a Great moment, (Great manager Service and very polite) Come here all the time this is my store since I come to Lowes...
