Viva Vegan Burger — Restaurant in San Francisco

Not exaggerating - it took 30 minutes to order and get food from this place and there was no line. It's just really poorly managed. I wish I had realized that up front, because it kind of ruined what would otherwise have been a lovely morning with my toddler in the park. Maybe 30 minutes (with no line!) is ok for some folks, but to me that's a LONG time to wait for burger and fries.

The food itself is fine? I guess the cool this is that it's vegan and tastes like non vegan food. But beware that the "basic" burger is spicy (which is not disclosed), so not suitable...

Dropped a Lyft customer off on Treasure Island and tried to find this place to eat some lunch... Literally couldn't find it. Had to eat at a weird restaurant nearby instead. The waiter there helped me look for this vegan burger place on the map and we discovered that it's a building surrounded by a guard fence and it isn't running. No restaurant... I also didn't see any food trucks when I was driving...
