L2 Tea Club [Boba] — Restaurant in San Gabriel

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding my recent experience at L2 Tea Club. Safety Hazard and Personal Injury Your staff placed a broken chair in the main dining area, which I unknowingly sat on. The chair immediately collapsed, causing me to fall and resulting in a fractured tailbone. This represents a clear safety hazard and negligence on the part of the establishment. Lack of Apology and Inappropriate Conduct After the incident, your staff showed no sign of apology or concern. Instead, they immediately told my wife that outside food was not allowed. This was said in a confrontational tone, despite there being no clear signage in the store to indicate such a policy—and while other customers were visibly eating outside food without being addressed. Poor Product Quality To make matters worse, the beverages we ordered were of very poor quality, which added to our overall negative experience. Potential Discrimination Given that we were the only ones singled out regarding the outside food policy, while others were left alone, I strongly suspect discriminatory behavior by your staff.

This incident has not only caused me physical harm, but also emotional distress. If my medical follow-up reveals any long-term issues, I will pursue legal action against your establishment for negligence and...

L2 Tea Club is one of my favorite boba shops in the 626. It stands out from the crowd with its unique and stylish interior that's quite different from your typical boba shop. The seating and tables are posh, with interesting design elements like a giant astronaut on the ceiling and a big moon that makes for an Instagram-worthy photo. But the real standout feature of L2 Tea Club is the variety of drinks they offer. They have much more than your typical boba shop, offering unapologetically Asian-inspired drinks that are both creative and delicious. Very amazing place. 😁 The design is really intricate and fun, with fun figures and lighting. I really enjoy the screen with music, it makes the vibe of the place even better.
