We were looking for a place to dine in at night since we were 45 mins away from home. I called this location which we were near to see what time they closed their dining area. It was 9:30 and the woman who answered said, “We’re almost closed, at 10pm.” So we rushed over to get a quick bite. We show up to the doors at 9:40 and the doors are locked. I get a gentleman’s attention and he opens the door. He says they are closed for the night and I let him know I had previously called to ask and they said they closed at 10pm. He insisted they were closed so I said to him that If I could contact their corporate office to confirm that info. He let us in, we ordered. Manager was cleaning both soda machines so they were not in working order for us to use. I used the restroom and when I came out, our order is ready and bagged up to go. The cashier told my kids we had to take our food to go, by this time it was 10-15 minutes before 10. Customer service was horrible. I understand the workers want to go home and the last thing they want to do is to serve people near closing time, but the working hours should be respected and they shouldn’t make the paying customer feel uncomfortable. I wasn’t asking for anything impossible, I just needed to order my food and it was within the supposed business hours. I’m very disappointed with the way they handled this situation and their customer service. If I could choose where to go next time, I wouldn’t choose them again, I’d rather spend my money elsewhere. Read moreCalled to get some help with ordering online due to a promo not going through. Just wanted to see if it was possible to get it in-store but the people weren’t helpful at all. When I first called I was declined multiple times after maybe the 5th time a female picked up with attitude and seemed upset to help me. After asking her my question there was a moment of silence and then a new person (a male) asked how he could help me. I then proceeded to ask him about what I was experiencing and his responses consisted of “um idk” “probably” “I don’t think so”. After getting those answers I politely asked to just talk to a manager to see if they knew of this promo and if it was possible to redeem in store. The man then said the manager was busy and couldn’t help. So I asked if it was okay to come in and talk with them, to which he said “give me a moment” and left. Read moreI ordered 2 single beyond burgers and asked them to put special sauce instead of the sauce that comes on it I also ordered a medium fry when I got to the window the total was $15.64 ,I noticed the fry was missing when I asked for ketchup,they said it would be$ 3.00 more ,they ended up giving me the fry,when I got home the fries were cold and stale , no onion, pickle,lettuce or tomato the burgers only had sauce and cheese,and were over cooked and no ketchup in the bag ! I don't know what she did with the ketchup in her hand when I handed her the bag back for the fries they forgot, I make beyond burgers at home all the time and they are plump and juicy, these were flat and dry,I can by a box for $14 dollars.
