Just close your store if you are doing construction. I understand you want to keep making money and remodel but you had me in the drive thru for 20 min and I couldn't even order. I was by the sitting by the taped up make shift menu and cut up mic and speaker system waiting to order and got nothing. I said hello and if I could place an order but nothing came out of the speaker. I drove up thinking it's broken and waited behind the other cars thinking they are all ordering at the window since the line was moving so slow. When I finally got to the window the cashier opens the window and give me a total. I told her I couldn't hear anything out of the speaker so I drove up. Immediately she response with "the sensor is not working and being repaired, the cameras don't work and that I should have been louder asking to order" her face and tone so melancholic it made me just cringe. I could tell I wasn't the only one to do this. Then again Immediately asked me what can I get for you. . . With the biggest side eyes. The levels of annoying energy was unbearable so I simple just waved and said bye. Man I know it sucks to work fast food. But how is it my fault your boss made you work while the resturant is under repair. I'm simply just trying to get food. So to conclude. . . Just close your store. I can see even your employees are not having it. Becouse I sure wasn't. (On the side note, the ghetto menu you made is trash. Learn how to set stuff to print. Looks like your menu is in 4 dpi instead of 300 with that...
Read moreLast night (05:26:2023) we went through the drive thru at this location in San Jacinto around 8:30 pm. We ordered 3 meat lovers breakfast burritos, 2 orders of fries, and 2 plain chicken sandwiches, coming to a total of $32 dollars and change. The 3 breakfast burritos were nothing more than grease balls. 2 of those were mine, 1 of those was my wife's. I have never received a burrito from this location that looked or tasted as bad as these. I have decided, enough is enough! We have been long time customers since it was built. The last few times we've gone, and we go there a lot, the food quality has faltered. Last night was the last straw, and if the company fails to make it right, we are done with them altogether. Who makes a burrito that is so soaked in grease, that it's like looking through a window to see all the ingredients wrapped up inside? The tortilla literally looked like a grease rag! I've called and complained about other orders in the past, and all I could get was, if I bring it back they'll replace it. So basically, I have to waste more of my time, my gas go back to the restaurant for a replacement for something that should've been done right in the first place! It's no wonder why I've cut back on fast-food, the employees get paid higher wages, the company charges us more, and the customer gets shafted. No Thanks,...
Read moreGO IN, DON'T USE THE DRIVE-THRU... it's far better and faster service once you walk in to this location. I used to go to the drive-thru but it would take me over 30 mins to get my food. I made a quick order inside and got my fries in a couple minutes, I was in and out.
The staff immediately acknowledged me when I walked-in and let me know that they were going to step away for a sec. The guy at the register called over his coworker to help me as he knew he was going to be occupied with a few cars that pulled up in the drive-thru. The girl who came over was super nice and professional.
I asked to use the restroom and they buzzed me in immediately. The restroom could be a little cleaner, but it was fine. Overall, the rest of the restaurant was quite clean and had sweet little flower decorations on some of the tables.
Parking is a bit tight at this location so I try to park in a spot where I'll have a clear view behind me...
