One star because they still have some friendly staff. But barista and manager Deanna and Ashley are the worst. My husband bought the new reusable cups the previous day before my visit. I walked in excited to use my brand new cups. Little did I know that they going to accuse me of stealing. First of all the barista/cashier greeted me and said she'd be right with me. I ordered my drinks and said can I please use my cups. Barista said I couldn't due to covid. I was disappointed but said no problem. I paid cash for my drinks. I didn't receive a receipt which was fine , but when I realized they over charged me I asked why? Barista said oh it's because I charged you for the cups. I said what do you mean? you seen me walk in with these cups. She said no you grabbed those off the shelf. I immediately got angry at her accusations but being a restaurant manager myself I understand mistakes. I said you can review your camera and see i clearly walked in with the cups. Went straight to the register because there was nobody in line. Nowhere near the shelf. Said no. Didn't bother to give me the benefit of doubt. I said I want my money back because my husband bought those cups the previous day. She said it's just funny how they are still brand new with new straws. Obviously I hadn't used them. Again I told her they were new because my husband just bought them. Again I said you need to give me my money back. She said I will so you can be happy. I said no your going to give me my money back because I didn't do what your accusing me of. She responded with if you say so. That really angered me. The manager came and told me to stop talking to her employee that way, but didn't check her employee about her accusing me and being disrespectfulll. I can get disrespectful too. But I'm 6 months pregnant so nobody was hurt. They are lucky and disrespectful. I know the manager felt stupid after I left and they reviewed the camera. Read moreI come here quite frequently and for the most part they're okay. I always order the same thing, a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with extra sweet cream and the drink is hit or miss with this store. It's typically too watery. But that's not really even my gripe, today I came in and me and another gentleman in a mobilized wheelchair we're in line for 6 minutes without anyone even looking at us except for one girl who came up twice and said they'll be with you in a minute. You just don't get a great Vibe as a customer and I'm completely aware that Starbucks are crazy, but you can't put all of your emphasis on your drive-thru just because there's a lot of people in your drive-thru. The people that come inside are the ones that aren't looking for a complete convenience and more of the customer service vibe and so you really have to make sure your line is in order and being tended to. Ultimately, I left and so did the other gentleman. There has to be some corrections here with everything from the consistency of the drinks that are being made to the way that the store is organized...
Read moreI go to this Starbucks most of the time just because it’s convenient for me since it’s by my work. The morning or even afternoon shift employees are always so sweet. They keep you updated and always have a positive attitude. But for some reason when i go at night, there’s always this one employee who just is always in a bed mood. The fact that I can tell it’s her through the speaker is absurd! This isn’t my first time leaving a review on her as well. I called one day because the drink I order ( same one every time ) was completely wrong to the point it looked like she did it on purpose.
