My partner decided to take a stab at this place for our new restaurant fridays... and I'd have to say the place did not disappoint.
We arrived at 4pm, an hour after opening. Parking was easy and right in front. Once we walked in we were greeted by a pair of young ladies and brought to the booth. The place was LARGE, I only wish I took the time to take a photo, but it had slipped my mind. Everything was new and clean just as you'd expect from a restaurant that opened a week before.
Menus were paper and disposable, so you know there weren't any dirty hands prior.
We had ordered 1 lb of shrimp, house sauce, mild. The shrimp was plump and not shriveled like the other some other boil spots. Tasty and not too spicy, sometimes mild can get a hella spicy.
In addition, we ordered a whole dungeness crab, garlic butter, no spice. Man, was the head delicious, I think that's how you can tell the crab is fresh if the fats in the body/head are sweet and doesn't smell like a sewer. Though it seemed a little overcooked, it wasn't so much to ruin my experience.
Lastly we ordered a dozen oysters, sweet and good, only wish they had horseradish.
Unlimited soda is always great.
Service from Breanna was attentive as well, she checked on us every 5 minutes or so to see if we need anything.
I'd have to give the place 5 stars, nothing ruined my dining experience.

Read moreThe food and drinks are way overpriced for what you get. The service was pretty bad….had to ask for my bill 4 times and had to ask for refills numerous times before I received them. They were not even busy so I don’t know why it was like that. For an appetizer I ordered oysters and they were filled with shells. The person shucking them clearly didn’t know how to shuck an oyster properly. Not only that but, when I asked for horse radish they said they didn’t have any….a seafood restaurant that does not have horse radish, really? They were out of half the food I wanted to order. I ordered crab, shrimp and clams. The crab was soggy like a wet sponge and the shrimp was so over cooked the shell was plastered to the meat (p.s. fresh shrimp should never be as chewy as beef jerky). I took home the leftovers because they were very expensive and I had hopes that soaking the leftovers in the sauce overnight would help. The next day I went to eat my leftovers and the very expensive crab was FISHY, repulsive fishy. Crab should never be fishy lass than 24 hours after ordering it. It was clear that they had defrosted the crab (and probably the rest of their seafood) days in advance or didn’t thaw it correctly, that would explain the spongy texture and the fishy taste. Very disappointed seeing I spent...
Read moreThis was my first time coming to a crab broil place. My husband had suggested this place before but the location and the outside of the restaurant made me feel iffy on eating seafood here. Let me tell you don't ever judge a book by its cover I open the door and I was amazed by the decor it was like a ship thing there was a huge bar there was so much seating that the tables were not close to each other. It didn't smell like a seafood joint and you were greeted by great staff. I could tell that the restaurant is cleaned to a high standard especially the restrooms. The wall decor was so neat so sailor ship vibe. The open space was amazing they had TVs on the wall. Along with tanks you could see how they keep the lobsters and crabs alive. The waiter was very amazing and patient very willing to help us out because it's our first time there. DID I MENTION MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY IS $2 BEERS! I just really love the freshness of the food and also I got to eat soft shell crab for the first time and their Cajun Rice...
