Target — Local services in San Jose

If I could choose no star, I would give this Target zero star. Long story short, my wife and I were at the cashier to check out baby milk powder for our baby. We gave the cashier few coupons that our friend gave us. Since the ID on the coupon doesn't match with our ID so they were declined. We understood and we were happy to pay with our target credit card. Then an associate came and told us that we were not allowed to buy any more baby milk products here. We were surprised while being told that but kindly asked him why. He couldn't even give us a proper reason except kept telling us that we trespassed the quantity of the product. But my wife heard that we were not allowed to purchase any more products at this store. I couldn't stay there longer to find out more about the reasons since I needed to go for work. My wife was mad and she came back with our brother in law to confront with them. Words back and forth, Antony, the manager of their security team apologized to my wife since they mistook us with someone else who likely stole their products. But at the end, when my brother asked them if my wife and I were allowed to shop at this store or not, Branda, the store manager, the supervisor, and the associate that stopped us replied NO to my brother's question. Target please acknowledge how amazing one of your staff members is doing! My husband and I were shopping (as we usually do) and I stopped by the makeup section to grab an item really quick. I found the item and as I was walking back to our shopping cart we were greeted by Navi. She asked if we were finding everything ok, we told her that we did and thanked her. She let us know that she is there to help and if we need any assistance to please ask for her and told us her name. We appreciated her warm customer service skills and continued with our shopping. When we were done shopping we got in line and didn’t realize that Navi was the cashier. Navi seen us again and smiled really big and engaged us in conversation while ringing our items. Although Navi was just doing her job, we genuinely appreciated her exceptional customer service skills, Navi made our shopping experience 100 times better by being kind and personable. Terrible experienced at this target tried to find a fleet pump for my daughter, she is having constipation, so I am in the pharmacy section, ask an associate in pharmacy counter, still can't find it, come back that associate went to the back only this one mean, rude cashiers from the pharmacy counter, therefore I have to ask her, this mean discriminated cashier told me to stay back because I am invading the privacy of her customer while I am still at least 5-6 ft away, I just want to ask do you have the fleet pump and where do they put that, beside they did even doing any kind of transaction yet.
