Amici's East Coast Pizzeria San Jose at Ruff Food Pickup and Delivery — Restaurant in San Jose

I used to go to the old location in downtown San Jose. It was the best pizza. I was excited to see Amici's come back and tried it out. I was 100% disappointed. I paid over $40 for a pizza that tasted horrible and made Little Ceasars and costco seem like high class. Toppings falling off, not cooked right. The service was worse, they sent me outside to order by phone after I waited in line. They had terminals and 3 guys at counter that won't let you order there. Also no plates or napkins. This place seems to be a bad knockoff bringing down the Amici's name my family...

First off it's not an amicis it's like some ghost kitchen location with 20 people standing in a reception area made for 20 with out covid restrictions, and the food was sitting there for 20 mins with out being told I had to ask if it was my order sitting there for 20 mins, the roasted chicken added to my pizza was apparently roasted curry chicken it changed the whole taste of the pizza I'm not apposed to curry pizza but it's not what I ordered 110.00$ and 20 min drive to have the food like that no parmesan no red pepper flakes 7.5 hours wages what a...

This Review for the Cloud Kitchen Company not about this restaurant, but i need to aware people of what happens to me , and be aware from this company This is a scamming company . I signed their contract few months ago , and i have on my contract that i will start on Aug , so on Aug the city didn't a approved their building inspection , so i asked them to cancel my contract , and gets my money back . they refused to give me the money. I paid $13500.00. I Can't believe that companies like this still open here...
