Baskin-Robbins Branham Ln — Restaurant in San Jose

The weather is finally starting to get TOASTY in NORCAL SAN JOSE. I had to drop by one of the Baskin Robbins and got a chance to meat the owner of this particular location. The place looks great inside. All new stuff and looks like they have all the machines to make us all the yummies we are craving. Looks like a remodeling was done from the older building. I am pretty simple to the Ice cream. Prefer in a cup so I can get more instead of a cone. They stay opened until 10pm which is a definite plus for me. Sometimes those urges are coming on the late side and B.R. saves the night. This is in the Safeway shopping center a lot of businesses in this place. I am becoming a regular and totally support what this new owner is trying to do with the place. Mr. Usman was a pleasant individual.

This is by far the BEST Baskin Robbins I've ever had the pleasure of going to. More so that it was during this crazy pandemic that we are all going thru. We went for my son's birthday and the owner Tim just happen to be there and made it such a special time for my son considering we were not able to have a birthday party or my son was not able to receive many gifts because he was not able to see his friends. Well, once we walked in Tim was a real delight! Adding a touch of happiness to end the day. We mentioned we had went for our sons birthday and he allowed my son to have his own ice cream Sunday, Tim's treat! Thank you to the staff and to Tim for being open during such a difficult time. Heads up I worked at the #3 store in the US while I'm high school / 1st year University, so some built in biases, some higher expectations. We trained for super clean stores, cabinets, tubs, and consistent scoop size. Most of the 31 flavor stores fall short of my expectations. This store was heavy on some scoops, so great for customer. We had 3 plus cabinets vs 2 here so choices were fewer. However, selection was good, and enough options to keep the Grand kids happy.
