THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. Absolutely worse panda express out there! Dont bother..its not consistent and you get treated very rudely by the workers. There is an incompetent young woman in charge that loves to be rude and roll her eyes, she used to wear her nametag but not anymore. I think because she doesnot wear one, noone else does either,if they do,its facing thier shirts, like they are all in on being jerks to the customers and not giving a damn. Any time you ask the lady at the counter to Not leave food sitting in a container (for 10+Minutes) please, just write it down and fill the container when its All Ready. That's freaking rude lady,2-3min,reasonable,but another 10+ minutes, C'mon! That affects the texture and flavore of the food. When I've asked "please, don't put my food in the bowl, not until its ready so the humidity doesn't cause it to soggy, please!" She always exhales angrily rolls her eyes! (I sware Im not trying to give anyone a hard time, I just dont want yucky food) After waiting in line for 15+ min. (Yes,thats how long the line can be) I have to wait for you to make something(again!) that you clearly knew was Low (dont get annoyed with me. You're not closing anytime soon and your acting like I'm an inconvenience!?) I don't come during the last hour,I don't want anything old. And I hate holding back people frim going home! But somehow, the mushroom Chicken is always Half Old As F*! And not just crunchy, basically raw green beans with really mushy chicken, ones old(chicken), ones new(beans and onions)what the hell man. Chowmein has gotten blander and blander...once it was only noodles and celery...screw that!
I'm so disappointed...

I ordered a plate with white rice, super greens, string bean chicken, and teriyaki chicken.
Starting with the super greens — they were the highlight of the meal. Cooked just right with a nice garlic flavor that wasn’t overpowering. They had a good balance of texture and seasoning. The white rice was surprisingly well done too — not overcooked or hard like I’ve had at other places. Fluffy and clean, just how I like it.
The string bean chicken was solid. The sauce had a nice thickness to it, and the flavor was on point. The green beans were crisp and fresh, and the chicken was tender. No complaints there.
Now for the teriyaki chicken — this is where things dropped off a bit. I added teriyaki sauce and sriracha on top to kick up the flavor, but it still felt like something was missing. The chicken itself was inconsistent. Some pieces were tender, but others had undercooked fatty bits that were kind of rubbery and off-putting. That texture really threw me off and made me question how well it was cooked.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad meal, but the uneven quality of the teriyaki chicken brought it down for me. As someone who’s trying to level up from a level six to a level seven in life, I just expected a bit more consistency. That’s why I’m giving this one three stars.
Would I come back? Yeah — but I’d probably skip the teriyaki...
Read moreIn the nearly six months I've been in this neighborhood I have purchased from this establishment 3 times. They have yet to get my order correct. The first time, I stopped in for a takeout order. It took over 30 minutes after I paid to get one of my items, which I was assured was already cooking when I was ordering. Not true. They didn't even put it into the fryer until well after all my other items were boxed. So 1 item was fresh and everything else was far from it. The next order was through postmates, and they omitted an item. Postmates offered me 3 dollars and change credit, but I don't order delivery often and the credit "expired" before I used it. The third time was also through postmates and they got the sides wrong. They sent double fried rice instead of fried rice and white rice. Fortunately I keep microwave packages of white rice in the pantry, but that's not the point of getting restaurant food. Granted, they are the Lowest Common Denominator of American - Chinese food, and I really do not expect much from them. But the grandkids like the Orange Chicken, so I might very well end up trying them again. I just wish and they could get a simple order correct and...
