5/5 customer service 5/5 friendliness 3.5-4/5 value/cost because for 5.95 basically $6 they could have filled the cup up more. I don’t mind spending but a $6 drink should feel like the money spent or change the lid so that there’s not a lot of space left 5/5 flavor Amazing flavor! 5/5 cute sign with nice interior and outside seating

Wow....... So this legit tastes like a Mojito omgggg. The flavor is soo good and I didn’t expect a bunch of sliced mango pieces on the bottom but it was a nice surprise. The drink looks so pretty and tastes so good. Like the slices of lime and topped with mint to make it feel like a real Mojito. I def will return for another or even to try the strawberry Mojito. I just hope with that price they actually fill it up to the top or as much as possible. The cashier was super nice and friendly and greeted me with w warm voice and smile. It was a nice day so I waited outside in the sun and someone brought out to me. With a cute large straw and a napkin- so kind. I finished my drink in minutes and couldn’t stop drinking. The outside is super cute and has bright colors with outside seating just a few chairs and tables that receive good sun. I’m still impressed at the flavors in this and how this tastes like a real Mojito with fruit at the bottom. Super yum. I drank mine super fast and wished I had another....

Positives: First time visiting here! I love the whole environment being so vibey and chill. Loved how spacious it is as well so everyone feels like they're in their own pods. Workers are friendly and wears their masks the whole time that they are working here. The food and drink items are super good! Cakes are very tasteful. I tried their Strawberry shortcake and strawberry latte and they were excellent. They also have a variety of other cake options you could purchase if you are planning to purchase a customized birthday cake or any cake for any occasion I believe. They also have a minimal choices of savory food (they only offer deli sandwiches)

Negatives: Tables don't seem to be wiped down. price is on the more pricey side don't have much outlets to charge electronics Ordered a drink and a cake for a total of $16. Which shouldn't be a bad price for the quality of it and how our economy is rising the prices for tax and such. That's understandable. Another big downside for students (at least) is that they don't have very many outlets to charge stuff. So this place is much preferred for individuals who just wants to come do a hangout at and chit chat with peeps. Extremely disappointing experience – rude service and misleading information

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at this coffee shop was frustrating enough that I feel the need to share…. ordered a strawberry matcha and specifically asked the barista if it had any added sugar, as I prefer drinks with natural sweetness only. She assured me that the sweetness was just from the strawberries.

When I got the drink, it was overwhelmingly sweet—clearly not just from the strawberries but apparently from the strawberry jam. If stated earlier, my order would’ve been different. That was never communicated when I asked earlier, which feels deliberately misleading.

What made it worse was her attitude. I went back and asked if there is anyway it could be fixed and their response was appalling. There wasnt an acknowledgement of the mix-up, instead, was met with a cold, “Okay, but I’m not going to remake a drink for you.” That’s incredibly poor customer service, especially when the issue stemmed from a lack of transparency on their part.
