The Best Filipino Food in San Jose is back! Came here for dinner on a warm Sunday evening. There was plenty of seating in a covered, shaded area with fans for cooling. We were warmly greeted and put in our order of Siomai, Beef Shawarma, Inasal, and Sago't Gulaman. The price was reasonable compared with everywhere else these days. Amazing sisig. Some of the best I’ve had in my life. I’m surprised by their lack of digital presence given the quality. I’d say this is better than some of the super popular Filipino food places, like Senior Sisig. The meat was tender and rich. The rice was perfectly cooked. And they only use calamansi, not cheap lemons.
